Description
Fiddler on the Roof is one of the great classic musicals of all time. The story of Tevye the milkman, his family and his community is a tale of traditions that define his faith and confront the threats of a modern world that challenge his beloved home town of Anatevka. The stunning aspect is how relevant the story remains to the times in which we live now. The show has powerful meaning for audiences to be sure.
Joining in the conversation are Sam Nachison (playing the lead role of Tevye), Mitzi Smith (playing his wife Golde), and playing the three oldest daughters who cause Tevye to make the decisions which challenge his faith and traditions: Madison Uphoff as Tzeitel, Elissa Newcorn as Hodel and Madison Jaffe-Richter as Chava. This cast understands the import of the show and of their characters.
